Key Responsibilities

- Facilitating Student-Tutor Connections:

- Technical and Billing Issue Resolution:
- Address technical or billing issues by collaborating closely with tutors and liaising with other teams, such as the technical team, to expedite resolutions.
- Technical Guidance:
