Job Summary

As the Student Relations Officer (SRO) at islamteaching.com, your primary responsibility is to be the primary point of contact for students. Your role is to establish and nurture relationships with new students, guide them in finding suitable tutors, and continuously monitor their progress to ensure that our platform fully caters to their educational needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Welcoming New Students:
      • Identify and extend invitations to new students, ensuring their seamless integration into the platform’s community.
   2. Assisting Students:
      • Offer comprehensive assistance to students during the onboarding process, including helping them sign up, search for tutors, and set up payment methods.
      • Facilitate the matching of appropriate tutors with students when necessary and provide recommendations to ensure students can begin using our platform promptly.
   3. Ongoing Student Support:
      • Maintain regular contact with students outside of the islamteaching.com platform to monitor their utilization of the system and assess their overall experience.
      • Act as a dependable resource for students, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
   4. Gathering Valuable Feedback:
      • Implement feedback collection mechanisms, such as feedback forms, to gather insights from students.
      • Analyze feedback to determine which features require enhancement and identify aspects that are functioning well.
   5. Issue Resolution:
      • Collaborate with students to resolve technical or billing issues, working closely with relevant teams, such as the technical team, to ensure swift resolutions.
   6. Technical Guidance:
      • Provide guidance to students regarding internet connections, hardware, and software requirements essential for effective learning on islamteaching.com.
      • Conduct test sessions with students to confirm the adequacy of their hardware and software configurations.
