Food is halal or not

Question

I am a Masters student in Taiwan, I want to ask you that in our university cafeteria there are haram restaurant along with a halal authorized restaurant (certified by Chinese Muslim Association). Recently I have noticed that the plates, spoon and chopsticks are washed in a common dishwasher where haram plates, spoon are also washed. •Is it permissible to consume food in that common washed plate • What is procedure to paak a steel plate and crockery.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

If water accumulates in a normal dishwasher and both clean and unclean plates are washed in it, then all those plates become napak (impure). It is not permissible for Muslims to eat in such a plate, and if they wash it separately with the pressure of tap, i.e., they wash it with clean water, then those plates are pure. You can eat halal food in it.
