Wudhu and ghusl will not be valid after using waterproof eyeliner until the element vanishes.
Note: The answer is correct. However, if the eyeliner does not have any layer rather it leaves only colour like kajal (lamp-black), then. If the case is so, explain it and submit the question again. (D)
