Question

(1) Can I work in a medical department that issues polio vaccines? There is a study that claims that W.H.O is funded by corrupted sources, and there is also a rumor that they also make such vaccines that are issued for the purpose of genocide against the Muslims. (2) Is it permissible to perform Dam (i.e. reciting Quranic Verses or words of praise to Allah and then blowing it into or upon something) on milk or water and then pour in into a well so that the water of the well will become sweet?

(1) If this study about the polio vaccine has been proven to be true, and there are, in reality, such ingredients included in it that are unlawful as per Shari’ah and harmful to one’s health, then in that case, it would be Haram to use these vaccines and work in any such medical department that issues them. If this is not the case, then the usage of these vaccines would permissible and there would be no problem in working for any such medical department that issues them.
(2) Reciting Quranic verses etc. and blowing it into water or milk and then pouring it into a well to make its water sweet is permissible.
