If a woman wants to get an abortion done on a Shar’i excuse and her health is deteriorated to the extent that, avoiding abortion could lead to risk her life or life of her children who are already with her, or could end up in extreme difficulty, and the questioner herself as well, sincerely realizes based on her medical experience that, abortion is the only option, then, before four months, the questioner has a leeway of performing abortion on the said woman and the income also will be Halal and not otherwise.
