Moreover, jealousy can give rise to feelings of anger and enmity against a human, which damages social relations. Jealousy can forget people for their positive traits and blind them to their own achievements. As a result, people can be bitter and easily turn into hatred and other negative emotions.

Jealousy can also be harmful to one’s mind and soul. Jealousy can cause stress and anxiety, and it can also force people to make wrong decisions. Negative emotions can cause the effect of a wave, which can harm yourself and the people around them.

Jealousy can be a natural human emotion, but it is important to keep in mind its effects on yourself and others. Recognizing the damage caused by jealousy and learning positively when facing it is very important.
