The Benefits of Miswak

السواک مطہرۃ للفم مرضاۃ للرب

The less praise be given to Allah, the less it is; Allah has commanded us to do every beneficial work in Islam’s religion, and ordered us to avoid everything harmful. And he sent the Beloved Prophet Muhammad to teach us by his words and deeds.

Muslims were ordered to perform miswak. And the Prophet ﷺ used to follow it very much. With every prayer, while sleeping at night and waking up in the morning, Muslims are commanded to keep their mouths and teeth clean.

There are many benefits of using mistakes, some of which are mentioned in front of you:

There is a Hadith,

السواک مطہرۃ للفم مرضاۃ للرب

Meaning: “Miswak is a means of the grace of the mouth and the pleasure of the Lord.”

  • It turns out that the most significant benefit of miswak is that Allah is pleased and is the source of cleaning the mouth.
  • The reward of the prayer offered with ablution is seventy times higher than that offered without miswak.
  • Using miswak daily means expansion, wealth, and ease of sustenance.
  • Miswak strengthens the veins of the brain. And the headache goes away. Food is digested.
  • Miswak eliminates mucus, strengthens teeth and sharpens the vision. And the stomach is okay with it.
  • Miswak increases a person’s intellect, eloquence and memory power. And the purity of the heart is attained.
  • The angels are happy by doing miswak and shaking hands with a man because of the light on his face. And walk with him at the time of prayer.
  • And when a Muslim leaves the mosque, the angels of the throne pray for him.
  • And the most crucial benefit of Miswak is that the Muslim remembers the Word of Martyrdom at the time of death.
  • By using the miswak daily, the grave will expand and be a means to open the doors of Paradise.

After the death of such a person, the angels will also praise him, ‘This man was the follower of the Prophets عليهم السلام and followed in their footsteps.’

Note: The best miswak peelu tree (Salvadora persica) and then olives are counted.
