It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (رضي الله عنه) that he said that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: There is a heart for everything, and the heart of the Qur’an is Yaseen (Surat), and whoever recites it (Surat Yaseen), Allah Almighty For this, the reward of reciting the Qur’an ten times will come. (Kitab Fazayl al-Qur’an)
The need is met
On the authority of Hazrat Ata bin Abi Rabah (رضي الله عنه) (Jalil al-Qadr Tabi), he said: I was informed that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Whoever recites Surah Yaseen at the beginning of the day, his needs (religious, worldly or The Hereafter (or all the essentials) will be fulfilled- (Murqāt al-Makhāyā Sharh Mishkaat al-Mashab, Kitab Fazayl al-Qur’an)
Forgiveness of sins
It was narrated from Hazrat Muqil bin Yasar Al-Muzani (رضي الله عنه) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever recites Surah Yaseen for the sake of Allah, his first sins (i.e. minor and major sins) will be forgiven, God willing. are done, so read it to your dead. (Murqāt al-Makhāyā Sharh Mishkaat al-Mashab, Kitab Fazayl al-Qur’an)
Reciting on near death
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Muqil bin Yasar (رضي الله عنه), may God be pleased with him, that he said that the Messenger of God (ﷺ) said: “Pray over your dead (i.e., the person who is near death)” (Reported by Ahmad, Abu Dawud, and Al-Nasa’i).
Intercession on the Day of Resurrection
There is a Surah in the Holy Qur’an that recommends its reciter and forgives its listener to listen carefully. It is Surah Yaseen – (Narrated by Saeed bin Mansur al-Bayhaqi in Hasan bin Atiya).
Recitation before the birth of heaven and earth
It is narrated from Hazrat Abi Hurairah (رضي الله عنه), that he said that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Verily, Allah revealed Surat Taha and Surat Yaseen a thousand years before the creation of the heavens and the earth. revealed their recitation and declared the reward of their recitation. When the angels heard the Qur’an, they said, “There are glad tidings for the nation on whom it (the Qur’an or Tahwees) will be revealed, and blessed are the chests that preserve it.” That is, they will memorize it, and fortunate are the languages that will recite it (orally or by dukkha) – (Narrated by al-Darimi and Muhammad bin Ishaq bin Khuzimah in Kitab al-Tawhid)
Desire of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abbas (رضي الله عنه), may God be pleased with him, that he said that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: I like that (Surat Yaseen) should be in the heart of every person of my Ummah – (Tafsir Ibn Kathir, Tafsir Surat Yas)
Morning and evening in joy
On the authority of Hazrat Yahya bin Abi Kathir (رضي الله عنه), he said: The person who recites (Surat Yaseen) in the morning will remain happy until the evening, and the person who recites (Surat) Yaseen in the evening will remain pleased until the morning. I will stay – (The virtues of the Qur’an by Ibn Al-Dharis. And Ibn Attiyah narrated it in this sense, and Al-Qurtubi in his manner in their interpretation, but Ibn Attiyah said and believed in this experience)
Martyr’s death
He will die a martyr’s death: The Prophet ﷺ said: Whoever recites Surah Yaseen every night before going to sleep will die a martyr’s death. (Tabrani).
